    Hardening reviews led by a certified ethical hacker, proper secrets management, access kept to what each person needs, backups you have actually tested restoring, and the technical evidence regulated firms are asked for under CySEC rules, GDPR and the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).

We start by looking before we touch anything. Most clients see useful changes within the first few weeks.

    We go through your accounts, architecture, pipelines and invoices, and talk to the people who run them. You get a short report ranking risks and savings by effort.

    We fix what is cheap to fix and expensive to ignore. That usually means the obvious security gaps and the resources sitting idle.

    We move your infrastructure into code, build the deployment pipelines and set up monitoring, one service at a time so nothing breaks at once.

Practices

Separate subscriptions or accounts for each environment. Everything in version control, with changes reviewed and applied by pipelines rather than by hand. SSO and MFA for every person, managed identities for every service, and no passwords stored in code. Backups with scheduled restore tests, written recovery targets, and tagging so every cost has an owner.

Azure or AWS, which should we use?

Usually whichever your team and your existing tools already lean towards. Both are excellent. Companies built around Microsoft products tend to be happier on Azure, and some startup and data tooling is a little richer on AWS. We work with both, so our advice is about fit rather than habit.

Can you reduce our cloud bill?

In most reviews we find something worth switching off, resizing or buying on better terms. How much depends on how the setup grew. We share the findings before you commit to any changes, so you can judge the value for yourself.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes. Once the setup work is done we can monitor your environment, apply updates and respond to incidents on a monthly arrangement. The scope and response times are agreed in writing before we start.

Can you help with DORA or CySEC requirements?

We help with the technical side: access controls, logging, backup and recovery testing, incident procedures and the documentation that shows they work. We are engineers, not lawyers, so we work alongside your compliance team or advisers on how the rules apply to you.
