Describe the problem, not the solution
Plenty of people come to us with a feeling that something is wrong rather than a list of requirements. That is a fine place to begin.
If the question is bigger than one system, a short digital consulting engagement is usually the sensible first step. We look at what you have, talk to the people who use it and give you a written view of what to do next, in order of value.
If you already know roughly what you need, skip that and write to us. A few sentences about the situation are enough for us to reply with useful questions.

Three ways to work together
The model follows the work, not the other way round. It is common to start with one and change to another as things settle.
Fixed scope, fixed price
We agree what will be delivered and what it costs before any work starts. It suits a new product, a rebuild or an integration where the finish line is easy to describe.
Extra hands on your team
Senior developers join your team on a monthly arrangement and work with your tools and your rituals. You add or release people as the workload changes.
Regular senior advice
A fixed number of hours a month to talk through architecture, hiring, suppliers and budgets with someone who has done the work. Good for founders, boards and busy managers.

Can we combine more than one service?
Yes, and most clients do over time. A common pattern is a short consulting piece first, then a project to build what came out of it, then one or two of our engineers staying on to support your team.
Do you only work with companies in Cyprus?
No. We are based in Limassol and plenty of our work is local, but we also work with clients in Greece, the UK and elsewhere in Europe. Almost everything happens remotely, with visits when they are worth making.
How small a project will you take on?
If the problem is real and we can help, size is rarely the issue. A few days reviewing an architecture or fixing a slow report is a perfectly normal piece of work for us.
How quickly can you start?
It depends on what we already have booked. We will give you an honest start date in our first reply, and if we cannot help soon enough we will say so rather than keep you waiting.
